Tech /M.C.A./M.C.S\n\nReporting To : DGM IT\n\nSummary Role Profile : We are seeking a Technical Architect / Technical Manager with strong BFSI domain expertise, capable of defining enterprise architecture while remaining hands-on. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in Java-based systems, databases, Linux environments, along with exposure to AI-driven solutions, DevOps practices, and regulatory compliance relevant to BFSI/NBFC ecosystems.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Define and govern end-to-end architecture for BFSI platforms (LOS, LMS, KYC, Credit, Integrations)\n\n- Design scalable, secure, and high-availability systems using Java, APIs, and Microservices\n\n- Provide architectural oversight, code reviews, and technical mentorship\n\n- Ensure systems adhere to security, audit, and regulatory standards\n\n- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and infosec teams for regulatory alignment\n\n- Lead vendor integrations and technical evaluations\n\n- Own production stability, performance tuning, and incident management\n\n- Act as an individual contributor for critical design and troubleshooting\n\nRequired Technical Skills :\n\n- Strong expertise in Java / J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot\n\n- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems\n\n- Strong database skills in MySQL (queries, indexing, performance tuning)\n\n- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Integration architectures\n\n- Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and SDLC best practices\n\nAI & Advanced Technology Exposure :\n\n- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and BFSI use cases (fraud detection, credit scoring, OCR, document processing)\n\n- Experience evaluating and integrating FinTech / AI-based platforms\n\nDevOps & Cloud Knowledge :\n\n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation\n\n- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments\n\n- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools\n\n- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an advantage\n\nBFSI / NBFC & Compliance Knowledge:\n\n- Strong understanding of NBFC/BFSI business processes\n\n- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements such as RBI guidelines, data privacy, audit, VAPT, and KYC/CKYC/DigiLocker regulations\n\nLeadership & Managerial Skills:\n\n- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams\n\n- Strong stakeholder and vendor management
