At 360 Fire & Flood, we strive to make the recovery process as smooth and seamless as possible, allowing you to focus on what matters most.\nThe Role\nThe Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of Human Resources, with a primary focus on recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and general HR support.\nThis role is also an important part of maintaining continuity across the HR function. You’ll be cross-trained in payroll, benefits, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and other core HR processes to provide reliable backup coverage when needed.\nWe’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, keeps the details organized, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to continue building broad HR experience in a growing, multi-state organization.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRecruiting & Onboarding\nCoordinate job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and other recruiting activities.\nPartner with hiring managers and HR team members to keep candidates moving through the hiring process.\nPrepare offer and new hire documentation and coordinate pre-employment requirements.\nCoordinate onboarding and help create a welcoming, organized experience for new employees.\nSupport employee offboarding and related administrative processes.\nEmployee Experience & Engagement\nCoordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, company events, and other activities that support our culture.\nAssist with employee communications, announcements, and HR resources.\nServe as an approachable first point of contact for routine employee questions and connect employees with the appropriate HR resource when needed.\nHelp identify opportunities to improve the candidate and employee experience.\nHR Operations & Team Support\nMaintain accurate employee information and documentation in HR systems and process routine employee changes.\nSupport HR reporting, audits, compliance activities, employee communications, and special projects.\nProvide general HR support to employees and managers and assist with day-to-day HR needs across the organization.\nMaintain working knowledge of payroll, benefits, leave administration, and workers’ compensation processes to provide backup coverage when needed.\nAssist with timecard and payroll review, benefit and leave questions, workers’ compensation documentation, and related HR processes during periods of coverage.\nMaintain confidentiality and ensure employee information and HR processes are handled accurately and consistently.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-5 years of Human Resources experience, including experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and general HR operations.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and shift between different areas of HR as needed.\nProfessional and approachable, with the ability to work effectively with candidates, employees, and managers at all levels.\nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.\nExperience with HRIS, applicant tracking, payroll, or timekeeping systems; Rippling or similar experience is a plus.\nExperience supporting employees across multiple states is a plus.\nWillingness to learn, take initiative, and provide support across the HR function as needed.\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) with company match\nPaid time off and company holidays\nProfessional development opportunities\n360 Fire & Flood is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination or harassment.
