Documentation of this action must be recorded in EMR.\nResponsible for adding any new facilities into EMR master files in appropriate office key.\nResponsible for adding any new referring providers in EMR master files. Also, responsible for obtaining NPI for referring provider.\nDelivers excellent customer service to a wide variety of internal and external contacts.\nWorks timely to ensure workload is completed in a timely manner.\nActively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting suspected violations of law and Company policy.\nMaintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.\nReacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or GED\nMinimum Qualifications:\nStrong Data entry and computer skills.\nMust be self-motivated and able to prioritize workload.\nExhibit excellent customer service.\nPrevious medical office background helpful.\nMust live in the Perrysburg/Toledo area.\nWe will only employ those individuals who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
