The Dental Front Desk Receptionist plays a critical role in coordinating patient care by managing scheduling, supporting treatment planning workflows, facilitating communication between facilities and providers, and ensuring accurate documentation within our dental practice management system.\nResponsibilities\nWorks daily with clinical field team to support patient care activities with our customers.\nProvides exceptional customer service with follow up communication to facilities, providers, and clinical field team.\nDemonstrates a strong sense of urgency when responding to all request. \nWorks proactively to anticipate need and support patients, facility, and clinical team.\nManages branch calendar and ensures appropriate schedule for facility and clinical team.\nProtects interiority of service by assuring necessary documentation is part of patient records.\nManages the coordination of visit in the 360care timeframe.\nTracks and manages the production of dentures prosthetics.\nUnderstands a clinical emergency with an intention to triage patient with the most urgent need.\nAssist field team with monitoring equipment, supplies, and planned maintenance.\nUnderstands company insurance as demonstrated with patient extended care and warranty process.\nOperates teams efficiently and understands production versus cost for each dental visit.\nVerify, review, and follow up on all patient information.\nWorks with facility to ensure all paperwork is completed in advance of visit.\nBalance and review daily production reports and monitors for solutions.\nConducts routine audits of data input to assure integrity of daily work.\nKeeps Branch Manager / Dental operations Director informed of events that could affect the integrity of company. \nDaily report production numbers to Branch Manager.\nResponsible for completing and initiating documentation process for denture preauthorization.\nActively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.\nMaintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA, OSHA, and PHI guiltiness at all times.\nTo work remotely, it is expected you will have a reliable, nonpublic high-speed internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to participate in all work-related activities. Any interruptions in service should be immediately reported to your manager. \nReacts positively to change and performs duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma required; college degree or experience preferred.\nDental scheduling experience required.\nDental office experience required.\nStrong computer skills required with proficiency in Microsoft Office \nCritical thinking/Solutions-based skills required for time sensitive environment.\nStrong time management skills required.\nDetail-oriented\nAbility to multi-task\nWe will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
