At 360 Fire & Flood, we strive to make the recovery process as smooth and seamless as possible, allowing you to focus on what matters most.\nOverview\nThe Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and building strategic relationships within the restoration and reconstruction industry. This role establishes and maintains partnerships with insurance professionals, property managers, commercial clients, municipalities, contractors, and other referral sources to generate new business and expand the company's market presence. Working closely with Operations, Marketing, and Project Management, the Business Development Manager develops and executes business development initiatives while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, strategic networking, effective communication, and a results-driven approach to achieving business growth.\nKey Responsibilities and Duties\nDevelop and execute business development strategies that support company growth objectives and revenue targets.\nDevelop strategic partnerships that increase brand awareness and generate qualified referral opportunities.\nConduct regular client visits, networking activities, and industry events to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.\nPrepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and service agreements to prospective clients\nMaintain an active sales pipeline, accurately track opportunities, and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports using the company's CRM system.\nParticipate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community engagement initiatives.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve business development processes, customer engagement, and sales performance.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nExperience\n5+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.\nExperience within the restoration, construction, insurance, or property services industry is strongly preferred.\nProven success in generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets.\nExperience using CRM software, sales reporting tools, and pipeline management systems.\n\nSkills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite.\nExcellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.\nStrong financial acumen, strategic planning, and business analysis skills.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while driving continuous improvement and innovation. \nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.\n\nBenefits:\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nHealth insurance \nDental insurance \nVision insurance\nPaid time off\n360 Fire & Flood is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination or harassment.
