The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, and other property damage. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, technicians, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The Project Coordinator manages project documentation, scheduling, communication, and administrative processes throughout the project lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities and Duties\nCoordinate large-scale restoration and construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion of all projects.\nPrepare and maintain product documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance with project requirements.\nMonitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, recommend adjustments as needed. \nAssist with the preparation of project budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and track project expenses to ensure budget alignment.\nOrganize project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.\nEnsure Work Authorizations, Certificates of Satisfaction, and other required documents are obtained and properly filed.\nSupport project managers in identifying and resolving issues, risks, and delays to ensure project stays on schedule. \nTravel to job site as needed.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nExperience\n2+ years of administrative support.\n1 year of experience in construction management, restoration, property management, or project coordination (preferred). \n\nSkills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite. \nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\nMust possess a valid driver's license.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel to outdoor job sites.\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to sit, stand, kneel, bend, and walk for extended periods.\n\nBenefits:\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nHealth insurance\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nPaid time off\n360 Fire & Flood is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination or harassment.
