At 360 Fire & Flood, we strive to make the recovery process as smooth and seamless as possible, allowing you to focus on what matters most.\nOverview\nThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential and commercial restoration projects from initiation through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams while coordinating resources, managing project expectations, and driving successful project outcomes. The Project Manager works closely with Operations, Estimating, and Field Teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain strong relationships, and support overall business objectives. Success in this role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage complex restoration projects in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities and Duties\nManage restoration and construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion.\nDevelop, review, and distribute detailed work orders and project documentation.\nMonitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing adjustments as needed. \nEnsure scope of work is followed and standardization procedures and practices are met in a professional and timely manner.\nConduct site assessments, prepare estimates and work orders, and oversee project planning and execution.\nReview contracts, scopes, procurement requirements, and project risks while supporting field operations and quality control.\nEnforce safety standards, maintain project documentation, and foster strong client relationships to support business growth.\nCoordinate and communicate with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).\n\nCertification \nIIRC certification (preferred)\n\nExperience\n4+ years of experience in construction management.\nExperience with managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.\nPrevious experience adhering to OSHA regulations.\nFamiliarity with Xactimate software and PSA (preferred).\nExperience with CRM/project management software.\nKnowledge of practices and procedures in water, fire, and mold trades.\n\nSkills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and Project Management Software.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\nAbility to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and bid documents.\nMust be able to lead and develop a production team.\nMust possess a valid driver's license.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to outdoor job sites.\nAbility to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.\nMust be able to lift 50-75 pounds.\nAbility to sit, stand, kneel, bend, and walk for extended periods.\n\nBenefits:\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid time off\nLeadership development program\nProfit based bonus plan on completed & collected projects\n360 Fire & Flood is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination or harassment.
