We are now looking for a Global VP Marketing to help shape and accelerate this next chapter.

Reporting directly to Benjamin Marchal, our CEO, you will own our global Marketing strategy and organization. Your mandate will go beyond generating demand: you will sharpen our positioning in a rapidly changing market, strengthen our brand and category leadership, and build a high-performing Marketing engine that translates market opportunity into sustainable revenue growth.

You will partner closely with Sales, Product and Customer teams to strengthen our go-to-market strategy across our key markets, with a particular focus on accelerating growth in North America. You will bring together Product Marketing, Brand & Content and Demand Generation around clear priorities and shared business outcomes, from market awareness and positioning to pipeline creation, conversion and revenue impact.

We are looking for an outstanding B2B SaaS marketing leader who combines strategic depth with strong execution and has already led significant Marketing scope in a high-growth environment. This is an opportunity for a proven VP/SVP-level leader ready to step into full global ownership, work directly with the CEO and progressively grow into a broader CMO-level mandate as the company and the role evolve.

The role can be based in the USA, Canada, UK or France.

Within 1 month you will:

• Understand our culture, marketing strategy, positioning, organization, processes and performance management

• Build a diagnostic and identify opportunities for improvement

Within 3 months you will:

• Build a 18 months roadmap for the marketing team

• Validate our messaging framework and content strategy

• Take ownership of analyst relationships

• Start to build a relationship with our top clients

Within 12 months you will:

• Lead strategic projects for the company

• Own the renaming / rebranding decision - Lead the project

• Own the repositioning decision - Lead the project

• Transform our demand generation team from a demand capture to a demand creation machine

• Support revenue in scaling outbound to 50% of our pipe creation

The Skill Set:

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

• Experience in HR Tech, Future of Work, collaboration, productivity or knowledge/AI platforms would be a plus, but not required

• Master of at least 3 of the following functions: product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, brand

• Outstanding communication skills. We are expecting our VP Marketing to be vocal in the market

• Servant leadership style to lead a team of 20+

• Experience in rebranding / renaming is a plus
