Social Media & Performance Marketing Creatives\nDesign engaging social media creatives, static ads, carousels, banners, promotional graphics, and other digital assets.\n\nCreate performance marketing creatives for platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising channels.\n\nAdapt designs to different platforms, formats, dimensions, and brand guidelines.\n\nCreate multiple creative variations based on campaign requirements, feedback, and A/B testing needs.\n\nUnderstand how visual hierarchy, typography, colours, and creative hooks contribute to effective digital advertising.\n\n2. Brand Design & Visual Communication\nTranslate creative briefs and references into visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.\n\nWork on product-focused creatives, campaign visuals, promotional assets, and everyday brand communication.\n\nMaintain consistency in design quality, layout, typography, and visual identity across deliverables.\n\nStay updated with social media trends, design styles, and digital advertising formats.\n\n3. AI-Powered Creative Production\nUse AI tools to explore design concepts, generate visual assets, enhance images, and experiment with creative ideas.\n\nIncorporate AI-powered tools into everyday design workflows wherever relevant.\n\nExperiment with AI-generated imagery, backgrounds, product visuals, and other creative elements.\n\nStay curious about emerging AI tools and learn how to apply them to improve creative output.\n\n4. Basic Video Editing & Motion Graphics\nCreate basic motion graphics and animated creatives for social media and digital advertising.\n\nEdit short-form videos and add text animations, transitions, effects, and other visual elements.\n\nConvert static designs into simple animated assets for social media and performance marketing campaigns.\n\nWork with the creative team to deliver video and motion-based assets as per project requirements.\n\n5. Creative Execution & Collaboration\nWork closely with the design, creative strategy, social media, and performance marketing teams.\n\nUnderstand project briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver creatives within agreed timelines.\n\nManage multiple design tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nOrganise design files and deliver final assets in the required formats.\n\nTake initiative in learning new tools, improving design skills, and exploring creative approaches.\n\nRequirements\n1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing, creative, advertising, or performance marketing agency.\n\nA portfolio showcasing social media creatives, digital advertising assets, and other relevant design projects.\n\nExperience working with brands or creative agencies is preferred.\n\nProficiency in popular design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent alternatives, for basic motion graphics and video editing.\n\nHands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Freepik AI, or similar tools.\n\nGood understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.\n\nAbility to understand design briefs and translate them into engaging visual content.\n\nAttention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to incorporate feedback.\n\nGood communication and time-management skills.\n\nComfort working independently and collaborating with a remote team.\n\nGood to Have\nExperience working with D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or other consumer-facing brands.\n\nBasic understanding of performance marketing and how creative assets support ad campaigns.\n\nExperience creating multiple creative variations for paid advertising.\n\nFamiliarity with AI image-generation, image-editing, and AI video tools.\n\nAn interest in exploring new design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and creative technologies.\n\nWork Details\nRole: Graphic Design Executive\n\nExperience: 1-3 years\n\nWork Mode: 100% Remote\n\nWorking Days: Monday to Friday\n\nWorking Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM\n\nBenefits\nWe don’t run on rigid policies, ownership matters more than rulebooks\nNo micromanagement.
