Key Responsibilities- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals,Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, and other platforms Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements Coordinate interviews and manage interview scheduling Communicate with candidates regarding application updates and interview processes Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports Maintain and update internal employee databases and HR records Organize employee documentation and onboarding information Support onboarding and offboarding processes Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data Assist in planning and coordinating employee training sessions and internal engagement activities Track participation and maintain training recordsRequirements Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong interest in Human Resources and people management Excellent communication and coordination skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple tasks Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office tools/ Canva Good to Have- Prior internship or exposure to HR activities Familiarity with recruitment platforms or applicant tracking tools Interest in employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives A very engaging & active personal LinkedIn profile What You’ll Gain- End-to-end exposure to recruitment processes Hands-on HR operations experience Understanding of training & development practices Opportunity to work closely with an HR Manager and learn practical HR workflows\nBenefits We don’t run on rigid policies, ownership matters more than rulebooks No micromanagement.
