to identify the most suitable technical solutions.\n\nSupport troubleshooting and problem-solving related to lighting products and customer requirements.\n\nAssist in preparing and updating technical drawings, specifications, and product documentation.\n\nEnsure that developed products and modifications meet the required technical, optical, and quality standards.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.\n\nFresh Graduate or up to 1 year of experience, preferably in the lighting industry.\n\nVery Good command of English, both written and spoken.\n\nBasic understanding of LED technology and lighting fundamentals.\n\nBasic knowledge of photometric and optical terminology.\n\nBasic knowledge of engineering design and drafting software.\n\nFamiliarity with lighting simulation software such as DIALux is preferred.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and coordination skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail.\n\nEagerness to learn and develop technical knowledge.\n\nAbility to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical
