We hire people who challenge and hold each other accountable for living 3Cloud’s core values because they know that it will result in amazing experiences and solutions for our clients and each other.\n\n(Contract Employment - 6 months)Responsibilities:\nWork directly with General Manager (GDC) and US People Team supporting an exceptional experience for the Global Delivery Center team. \n\nEnsure alignment with business and HR strategic objectives and serve as local HR support to individual contributors in the Philippines.\n\nServe as local HR contact and support for Philippines-based individual contributors and people managers.\n\nDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives; ensure local HR practices comply with global standards and Philippine labor laws.\n\nOversee end-to-end employee experience including recruitment support, onboarding, HRIS and benefits administration, 201 file maintenance, and offboarding.\n\nMonitor performance management processes, lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.\n\nServe as primary HR contact for employees and managers; provide guidance on complex HR issues; maintain legal compliance, policies, and Employee Handbook; act as liaison for audits and regulatory requirements.\n\nManage compensation and benefits strategy in collaboration with global HR teams.\n\nDrive employee engagement, culture-building programs, and change management initiatives; collaborate on HR projects and programs.\n\nPartner with senior leadership on organizational design and strategic HR decisions; represent HR in leadership meetings; mentor HR team members for capability building.\n\nMonitor HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve processes.\n\nPerform office management duties and other HR-related tasks as required.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n\n7+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or recruiting\n\nAbility to adjust work hours to accommodate business needs; after-hours flexibility is occasionally required\n\nRazor-sharp attention to detail with the ability to juggle competing priorities\n\nExcellent organizational skills and follow-through, internally and externally, in order to provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience\n\nComfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, ever-changing environment\n\nOutstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills\n\nKnowledgeable in local labor laws • Demonstrated strength in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word)\n\nFamiliarity with and/or demonstrated aptitude to learn technology tools and apps such as (ie Greenhouse, DocuSign, First Advantage)\n\nTrack record of excellent performance in the areas of teamwork, customer service, and problem solving \n\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
