This position owns complex partner program execution, funding optimization, and cosell operations, while acting as a senior subject matter expert and trusted partner to Sales, Alliances leadership, and Microsoft field teams. The Senior Specialist operates with a high degree of independence, supports strategic initiatives, and serves as an escalation and mentorship resource within the Alliance function.\nResponsibilities\nPartner Programs & Funding Ownership\nOwn the day-to-day management of Microsoft and channel partner incentives, partnering closely with 3Cloud Sales to accelerate customer journeys to Microsoft Azure.\nManage a seven-figure annual funding target, proactively aligning, attaching, and maximizing funding across active and future sales opportunities.\nServe as a senior subject matter expert on Microsoft partner programs, advising internal teams and external stakeholders on best practices and optimization strategies.\nCo-Sell & Go-To-Market Execution\nLead Microsoft partner system engagement and co-sell motions, ensuring effective connection between 3Cloud sellers and Microsoft and channel field teams.\nSupport and influence joint GTM execution by providing thought leadership on incentive structures, partner motions, and funding strategy.\nDrive sales readiness by enabling awareness, adoption, and execution of partner programs and joint GTM priorities.\nAlliance Operations & Rhythm of Business\nManage and facilitate Rhythm of Business (ROB) engagements with Microsoft and channel field sales leaders to drive brand awareness and uncover new revenue opportunities.\nPartner with Alliance leadership to support senior Microsoft and channel relationships, funding mechanisms, and recurring pipeline and performance reviews.\nMaintain accurate and timely tracking of programs, funding, and pipeline stages in Salesforce, including follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.\nStakeholder Management & Escalation Support\nWork directly with clients, Sales, Delivery, and internal project managers to coordinate partner engagement and navigate escalations as needed.\nSupport and manage key partner and channel relationships in alignment with overall 3Cloud alliance objectives.\nAct as a trusted execution partner to the Director of Microsoft Alliance, Cloud Strategy Director, and Alliances leadership across alliance operations and strategic initiatives.\nProcess Improvement & Operational Excellence\nIdentify recurring operational challenges and process bottlenecks within alliance execution.\nRecommend, implement, and document process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across alliance operations.\nProvide guidance and informal mentorship to Alliance Specialists, sharing best practices and raising overall team execution quality.\nRequirements\n2-5 years of experience, with bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Operations preferred. \nExperience in using CRM system (Salesforce preferred) to manage large pipeline of information. \nStrong analytical problem-solving ability. \nExperience working in a consulting or sales environment. \nPassion for cloud technologies, and a desire for continuous learning. \nAbility to maintain multiple deadlines with various stakeholders while delivering consistent results. \nExcellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. \nDemonstrated experience of maintaining a high degree of client focus.\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
