In 2024, 3C Metal Group joined the Ortec Group, further enhancing our capabilities and expanding our global presence.\nWhy Choose 3C Metal?\n- Global footprint: Originating in France, 3C Metal has expanded its presence to the USA, Namibia, South Africa, Mozambique, the UAE, and Malaysia, offering a truly international experience.\n-Innovation & Expertise: We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver exceptional results through cutting-edge technologies, design solutions, and world-class project management.\nPosition Overview:\nDelivery of quality 2D and 3D drawings for structural, piping and equipment design.\nCreate concept general arrangement (GA) drawings and calculate BOM’s for estimation purposes for piping and structural scopes.\nIssue detailed fabrication drawings including necessary welding details as per industry standards.\nIssue Piping Isometric drawings and generate/modify P&ID’s.\nIntegrate 3D models in Point Cloud Data and perform detailed clash check analysis.\nUndertake site surveys, both onshore and offshore which are sufficiently detailed and concise information is taken for accurate drawing and reporting preparation.\nCreate detailed follow-up survey report analysis, concept drawings, and information necessary for quotation purposes.\nTimely completion of all allocated projects.\nEnsure all relevant standards and techniques are in line with the 3CMME framework.\nAssist in updating databases, files of specifications, standards, and drawing tools.\nReview rough sketches, drawings, and other data to ensure that they comply with design concepts.\nExplain drawings to project team, and provide adjustments as necessary.\nProfile\nWe seek the ideal candidate profile with:\nEducational Background:\nTechnical degree or bachelor’s in marine, mechanical, structural engineering or equivalent is mandatory.\nEssential Skills:\nUp to 4-5 years of experience in the field of design and drafting\nAutodesk Invertor & AutoCAD.2D are mandatory.\nOffshore Experience: Proven experience in the Offshore Oil and Gas sector is a must\nEngineering Acumen: Solid understanding of technical requirements in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on industry standards, best practices, and safety protocols.\nFabrication Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of steel fabrication, specifically related to structural components\nDiversity & Inclusion\n3C Metal is dedicated to cultivating an inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity.
