Instilling and exemplifying a safety mindset for all team members resulting in an incidentally free workplace.\nTracking the inventory of spare parts and ensuring their availability for routine and emergency maintenance\nUtilizing maintenance management software to record, track and analyze maintenance work\nResponsible for long-range and short-range planning.\nMaintains all asset data within Fiix and updates as needed.\nPlan all work orders to ensure the scope is identified, resource numbers and hours are estimated, required materials and tools are identified and on-hand.\nCoordinates all work orders with Maintenance Team Leads to ensure proper planning and asset needs are met.\nMaintains a manageable work order back-log.\nAssists in development and implementation of Predictive and Preventative Maintenance work.\nEnsures all work requiring downtime is identified and ready for execution.\nEffectively maintains inventory and ensures all items are captured and properly identified in Fix.\nResponsible for reordering inventory items.\nProperly receive all items procured in an effective and efficient manner.\nAide and Assist with Capex project(s) are required and or requested.\nProvides weekly KPI report to the Maintenance Manager.\nGenerate purchase orders as requested and or required\nAnalyze maintenance data and prepare reports\nPerforms other tasks and assignments as requested by the Maintenance Manager.\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills:\n\nTechnical degree preferred.\n5 years of mechanical and electrical trades experience (trades/technician)\nMinimum of three years’ mechanical and/or electrical maintenance planning experience \nUse of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Word required.\nExperience in a lean manufacturing environment preferred.\nPrevious use and knowledge of a CMMS system preferred and other affiliated CMMS systems.\nPossess a fundamental understanding of the planning and scheduling of maintenance work functions as they apply to predictive, preventive, precision, proactive, and corrective maintenance.\nAdvanced comprehension of the equipment mechanical/electrical functions preferred.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills required.\nStrong problem-solving and root cause skills mandatory. \nPossess excellent time management and organizational skills.\nWorking Conditions:\nHot, humid environment at times, as well as cold, wet conditions for up to 12-hour shift.\nLift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis, including lifting at shoulder level or higher.\nLift and carry up to 100 lbs. on an infrequent basis, including lifting at shoulder level or above.\nCore Values:\nIt may be an understatement to say that we work every day to uphold our company’s core values.
