You will turn inline, electrical test and sort data into root causes and corrective actions that raise output and lower cost per good die.\nYou will collaborate with team team, working between process, integration, equipment and test engineering.\nLocation: Albuquerque, NM (on-site)\nLevel: 0-5 years of experience\nJob type: Full-time, exempt\nWhat you'll do\nOwn yield for assigned products or technologies, tracking line, die and final test yield against targets.\nAnalyze wafer sort bin maps, spatial signatures and parametric (WAT/PCM) data to isolate yield detractors.\nCorrelate electrical failures to inline defect inspection, metrology and tool history using commonality analysis.\nLead root cause investigations on yield excursions, then drive corrective and preventive actions with process and equipment owners.\nDefine defect inspection and review sampling plans; classify killer defects and set defect density limits.\nRun split lots and DOEs to verify fixes and quantify yield gain.\nBuild and maintain yield models and Pareto loss charts to prioritize improvement work.\nAutomate reports and dashboards using SQL, Python or yield management software.\nPresent yield status, loss breakdowns and improvement roadmaps to fab and product leadership.\nRequired qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry\nStrong statistical analysis skills, including SPC, DOE, hypothesis testing and regression.\nProven structured problem solving, such as 8D or 5 why’s\nClear communication of technical findings to engineers and management.\nMust be a US citizen\nPreferred qualifications\nFamiliarity with defect inspection and review tools (brightfield, darkfield, e-beam, SEM review).\nUnderstanding of device physics and parametric test structures.\nExperience with failure analysis techniques and working with FA labs.\nBackground in new product introduction (NPI) or technology ramp to high volume.\nMachine learning or advanced analytics applied to manufacturing data.\nHands-on experience analyzing large manufacturing datasets with JMP, SQL, Python or similar tools.\nWhat we offer\nCompensation:Based on experience, sign-on bonus or paid relocation and equity.\nBenefits:Medical, dental and vision coverage, IRA, paid time off and holidays, tuition assistance and relocation support.\nImpact:Direct visibility into how your work moves fab output and product margins.\nRelocation:support available for qualified candidates.\nWork environment and physical requirements\nThis role splits time between the cleanroom and the office.
