Partner with enterprise customers and global experts to advance environmental safety and solve complex data science challenges.\nJoin us and make an impact!\nAbout the Role\nWhat if you could take your SAP EHS and product stewardship expertise beyond day-to-day compliance and use it to help organizations solve some of their most complex regulatory challenges?\nAt 3E, we're looking for a Senior Solutions Advisor who can connect deep technical knowledge with customer needs, helping businesses navigate evolving regulations, optimize their compliance processes, and get greater value from their technology investments.\nIn this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, working alongside our commercial teams to shape solutions that bring together SAP EHS, regulatory content, 3E Generate, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities. You'll have the opportunity to influence complex sales opportunities, collaborate with technical and commercial experts, and contribute to how 3E brings its product stewardship solutions to market.\nThis is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and human sides of problem-solving: understanding complex regulatory environments, asking thoughtful questions, and translating expertise into solutions that make a meaningful difference for customers.\nWhat You'll Do\nHelp customers solve complex challenges. Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customers' SAP environments, regulatory requirements, and business priorities, then recommend solutions that address their needs.\n\nShape enterprise solutions. Partner with Business Development teams on complex opportunities, developing solution strategies, delivering tailored demonstrations, and contributing to proposals and Scopes of Work.\n\nPut your SAP EHS expertise to work. Advise customers on structured regulatory content, SAP EHS workflows, and integration considerations, including evolving SAP technologies and S/4HANA transformations.\n\nConnect technology to business value. Demonstrate how 3E's regulatory Content as a Service, 3E Generate, authoring services, and AI-enabled capabilities can help customers address compliance and operational challenges.\n\nBuild lasting customer relationships. Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for additional solution adoption and support customers as their regulatory and business needs evolve.\n\nInfluence what's next. Work with Product, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams to share customer insights, address technical considerations, and contribute to solution improvements.\n\nContribute to commercial growth. Support shared sales objectives by helping advance enterprise opportunities and communicating the business value of 3E's solutions.\n\nShare your knowledge. Represent 3E through customer presentations, webinars, and industry events, while providing guidance and expertise to fellow Solutions Advisors.\n\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n7+ years of experience in product stewardship, environmental health and safety, chemical regulatory compliance, supply chain compliance, or a related field.\n\nHands-on experience with SAP EHS, including knowledge of how structured regulatory content supports chemical compliance and product stewardship processes.\n\n5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build trusted relationships.\n\nExperience in consultative or solution-selling environments, translating technical requirements into practical business solutions.\n\nKnowledge of global chemical regulatory frameworks such as GHS, REACH, TSCA, WHMIS, HazCom, RoHS, or similar regulations.\n\nAbility to communicate complex regulatory and technical concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.\n\nProficiency with Salesforce.\n\nDemonstrated AI fluency, including the ability to use AI tools effectively and engage customers in conversations about the practical applications and business value of AI-enabled solutions.\n\nThis role requires approximately 20- 30% travel to support customer meetings, demos, and other business needs.\n\nBased in the US in one of the states where 3E is authorized to hire, and eligible to work without sponsorship.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA transformations and evolving SAP EHS environments.\n\nExperience with regulatory content providers, Content as a Service solutions, or structured data integrations.\n\nExperience with 3E Generate or similar product stewardship software.\n\nExperience supporting complex enterprise software or regulatory services sales.\n\nPrevious experience using 3E products or services.\n\nExperience working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.\n\nWhat's in it for You?\nImpactful Work - Help customers solve complex regulatory challenges while contributing to safer products, workplaces, and supply chains worldwide.\n\nWork at the Intersection of AI and Expertise - Be part of a company that is actively shaping the future of compliance through expert-led AI solutions.
