Duties include the set-up, operation, and maintenance of CNC machinery. CNC operators utilize CNC machinery to complete custom projects per specified drawings, ensuring the scope of work is completed on time, on budget with a focus on excellent quality while maintaining a safe working environment.\nJob Duties:\nInterpret fabrication drawings, bill of materials and work manuals.\nSet up tools per specified programming and cutting requirements\nAdjust machine settings for tool compensations and material types.\nCheck completed parts for quality of cut and critical dimensions.\nIdentify concerns or problems with current design or manufacturing process.\nPerform daily, weekly machine PM’s.\nJob Qualifications:\n3-5 years’ experience using a CNC Router in a woodworking factory.\nAbility to set up and change tools.\nBasic knowledge of G-CODE\nAbility to read and understand shop drawings.\nAbility to meet deadlines, budgets, and provide quality workmanship.\nAbility to work in a team environment. \nAbility to work between the hours of 9pm to 6am\nRequired physical strength:\nMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Frequently.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
