Business Requirement Gathering & Documentation\nEngage with business stakeholders to understand, elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.\nPrepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, use cases, and user stories.\nTranslate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.\nCoordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements and obtain necessary approvals.\n2. Business & System Process Analysis\nStudy existing business processes, workflows, and application functionalities.\nPerform As-Is and To-Be process analysis to identify improvement opportunities.\nConduct gap analysis between business requirements and existing system capabilities.\nIdentify process inefficiencies, manual dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.\nSupport business process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.\n3. Data Analysis & Reporting\nAnalyze business and operational data using Microsoft Excel.\nPrepare reports, trackers, dashboards, and management summaries.\nSupport data validation, reconciliation, and identification of data inconsistencies.\nPresent analytical findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.\n4. Application & Project Support\nCollaborate with development teams, application owners, and business users throughout the solution development lifecycle.\nAssist in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation.\nCoordinate UAT activities, track defects, and support issue resolution.\nMaintain project documentation, action trackers, and status reports.\nSupport application enhancements, change requests, and process improvement initiatives.\n5. Automation & Digital Transformation\nIdentify opportunities for workflow automation and reduction of repetitive manual activities.\nSupport initiatives involving Power BI, Power Apps, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).\nExplore AI-assisted tools and prompt engineering techniques to improve documentation, analysis, reporting, and operational productivity.\nCollaborate with technical teams to evaluate and implement process automation solutions.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nBusiness requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.\nBusiness and system process analysis.\nGap analysis and process improvement.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.\nAbility to prepare BRD, FRD, process flow diagrams, and functional documentation.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to coordinate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.\nGood understanding of software applications and business workflows.\nPreferred / Additional Skills\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, Power Query, and macros.\nPower BI: Data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting.\nMicrosoft Power Apps: Exposure to low-code application development.\nAutomation / RPA: Understanding of workflow automation, Power Automate, or other RPA technologies.\nAI & Prompt Engineering: Ability to effectively use generative AI tools for business analysis, documentation, data interpretation, and productivity enhancement.\nFamiliarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business applications.\nBasic understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and UAT processes.\nEducational Qualifications\nMinimum: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nPreferred: MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.\nDesired Candidate Profile\n1-2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, Process Analysis, or Application Support.\nStrong willingness to
