The candidate should have strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage multiple projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure.\n\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery roadmaps.\n\nManage cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, business, infrastructure, and external partners.\n\nTrack project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.\n\nIdentify potential delivery risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.\n\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.\n\nManage project scope and ensure effective change control.\n\nEstablish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics.\n\nConduct regular project status reviews and provide executive-level reporting.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders.\n\nEffectively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or escalations.\n\nCoordinate with business and technology teams to ensure alignment between project objectives and business goals.\n\nManage project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, and forecasting.\n\nDrive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery practices.\n\nEnsure adherence to organizational policies, SDLC processes, security standards, and compliance requirements.\n\nMentor and develop project managers and team members.\n\nDrive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote effective delivery practices where applicable.\n\nCollaborate with senior leadership on portfolio planning, prioritization, and strategic initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n13+ years of overall experience in project/program management, preferably within the IT/software industry.\n\nProven experience managing complex, large-scale technology projects.\n\nStrong experience in project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and delivery.\n\nExperience managing multiple projects and geographically distributed teams.\n\nStrong stakeholder and client management experience.\n\nExcellent understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nStrong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.\n\nExperience with project financials, budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation-management skills.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.\n\nStrong leadership and team-management capabilities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification.\n\nExperience working with global clients and distributed teams.\n\nExperience managing technology transformation or digital initiatives.\n\nExposure to cloud, application development, data, AI/ML, or enterprise technology projects.\n\nExperience with program/portfolio management is an added advantage.\n\nKey Performance Indicators\nOn-time and within-budget project
