**Key Responsibilities**\n* Manage, monitor, and support production and non-production cloud infrastructure across GCP, Azure, AWS, and/or OCI environments.\n* Take ownership of L2/L2+ incidents, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.\n* Perform VM/server provisioning, scaling, patching, backup, restore, and lifecycle management across Linux and Windows environments.\n* Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure components including VPC/VNet, subnets, routing, firewall/security rules, load balancers, VPN, DNS, NAT, private connectivity, and network security.\n*Manage and troubleshoot GCP and Azure networking, including VPC/VNet, subnets, routes, firewall rules/NSGs, VPN, NAT, DNS, load balancing, and private endpoints.\n*Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and resource utilization using tools such as GCP Cloud Monitoring, Azure Monitor, New Relic, Grafana, Zabbix, ManageEngine, or similar platforms.\n* Configure and fine-tune monitoring alerts, dashboards, thresholds, and health checks to proactively identify potential issues.\n* Perform detailed incident analysis, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem management for recurring and critical infrastructure issues.\n* Lead technical troubleshooting for P1/P2 incidents and coordinate with application, database, network, security, and vendor teams for resolution.\n* Perform cloud resource optimization and cost analysis, including identifying underutilized resources and recommending right-sizing opportunities.\n* Support backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity activities, including DR drills and recovery validation.\n* Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, or equivalent tools.\n* Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to reduce manual operational activities.\n* Participate in cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, patching, and technology refresh activities.\n* Support security and compliance requirements, including IAM/RBAC, least-privilege access, encryption, security groups, vulnerability remediation, and audit requirements.\n* Review infrastructure changes and provide technical inputs for Change Requests (CRs), implementation plans, rollback plans, and risk assessments.\n* Identify opportunities for automation, operational improvement, and standardization across cloud environments.\n* Maintain and continuously improve SOPs, operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge documents.\n* Mentor and provide technical guidance to L1/L2 engineers and support knowledge-sharing activities within the team.\n* Participate in on-call / shift support and provide operational support during planned activities and critical incidents.\n### **Required Skills**\n* 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Infrastructure / Cloud Operations / Infrastructure Engineering.\n*Strong hands-on experience in GCP and Azure, with the ability to independently manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure.\n*Good working knowledge of cloud compute, storage, networking, IAM/RBAC, monitoring, backup, security, and high availability concepts.\n*Strong hands-on experience with GCP services, including:\nCompute Engine, VPC, Subnets, Firewall Rules, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud NAT, Cloud VPN, Cloud DNS, Cloud Storage, IAM, Cloud Monitoring and Logging\nStrong hands-on experience with Azure services, including:\nVirtual Machines, VNet and Subnets, NSG, Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Azure Storage, Azure Monitor, Azure Backup, Azure VPN, Azure DNS, IAM/RBAC\n*Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts, including VPC/VNet, subnets, routing, DNS, VPN, NAT, firewalls/security rules, load balancers, and private connectivity.\n*Strong troubleshooting experience across Linux and Windows environments.\n* Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as GCP Cloud Monitoring, Azure Monitor, New Relic, Grafana, Zabbix, ManageEngine, CloudWatch or similar.\nStrong experience in incident management, problem management, RCA, and SLA-based operations.\n* Good knowledge of backup and disaster recovery concepts, including RPO/RTO and recovery testing.\n* Working knowledge of Terraform / CloudFormation / ARM / Bicep or other Infrastructure as Code technologies.\n* Scripting/automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.\n* Experience in cloud resource optimization and cost management.\n* Good understanding of IAM/RBAC, security best practices, encryption, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.\n* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently handle complex technical issues.\n* Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with application, database, network, security, and vendor teams.\n### **Good to Have**\n* Exposure to multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.\n* Experience with Kubernetes / AKS / EKS / OKE / GKE and containerized workloads.\n* Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration.\n* Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.\n* Experience with Helm and Kubernetes troubleshooting.\n* Knowledge of centralized logging and observability using tools such as ELK/OpenSearch, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, or similar.\n* Exposure to AIOps / AI-based monitoring and observability platforms.\n* Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in IT operations and automation.\n* Experience in cloud migration and modernization projects.\n* Experience in preparing capacity planning, resource sizing, performance analysis, and cloud cost
