The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently with senior stakeholders, vendors, internal business teams, finance, operations, IT, risk, and compliance functions.\nKey Responsibilities\nVendor Management & Support\nManage day-to-day coordination and support for key vendors and service providers.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for vendor-related operational issues, escalations, and service concerns.\n\nTrack vendor performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, contracts, and service commitments.\n\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.\n\nMaintain vendor records, documentation, performance reports, and governance trackers.\n\nConduct periodic vendor reviews and identify opportunities for process and service improvement.\n\nSupport contract renewals, commercial discussions, and vendor performance evaluations.\n\nCompliance & Governance\nDrive regular follow-up with vendors and internal stakeholders for statutory, regulatory, contractual, and organizational compliance requirements.\n\nEnsure timely submission and closure of compliance documents, certificates, declarations, audits, and related records.\n\nMaintain compliance trackers and provide regular status updates to management.\n\nCoordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Audit teams as required.\n\nIdentify compliance gaps and follow through until corrective actions are completed.\n\nSupport internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.\n\nEstablish effective governance mechanisms and escalation processes.\n\nBusiness Analysis\nUnderstand business requirements and translate them into clear processes, functional requirements, and actionable deliverables.\n\nWork closely with business teams to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.\n\nAnalyze business processes, workflows, data, and performance metrics.\n\nPrepare BRDs, process documents, SOPs, dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.\n\nCoordinate with IT/technology teams for system enhancements, automation, and process improvements.\n\nParticipate in UAT, requirement validation, issue tracking, and implementation activities.\n\nDevelop recommendations based on data and business analysis to improve efficiency and control.\n\nStakeholder Management\nManage relationships with senior internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.\n\nCoordinate across multiple functions to drive timely closure of open actions.\n\nPrepare and present periodic management reports, dashboards, and review presentations.\n\nProactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and escalations.\n\nEnsure effective communication between business, operations, vendors, compliance, finance, procurement, and technology teams.\n\nKey Deliverables / KPIs\nTimely closure of vendor issues and escalations.\n\nVendor SLA and KPI adherence.\n\nTimely completion of compliance requirements and audit observations.\n\nReduction in pending/open compliance and vendor action items.\n\nQuality and accuracy of MIS and management reporting.\n\nSuccessful delivery of business/process improvement initiatives.\n\nStakeholder satisfaction and effective vendor governance.\n\nIdentification and implementation of process automation and efficiency improvements.\n\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nStrong experience in Vendor Management / Vendor Governance.\n\nGood understanding of Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Governance processes.\n\nStrong Business Analysis and process-mapping capabilities.\n\nExcellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nStrong experience in preparing MIS, dashboards, management reports, and presentations.\n\nAbility to manage multiple vendors, projects, priorities, and escalations simultaneously.\n\nStrong follow-up and execution capabilities.\n\nProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and preferably reporting/dashboard tools such as Power BI.\n\nExperience working with ERP, workflow, procurement, vendor-management, or business applications will be an advantage.\n\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.\n\nMBA / PGDM / relevant professional qualification will be preferred.\n\nExperience Profile\nThe ideal candidate
