In this role, you will develop and execute targeted campaigns, events, and content programs that engage financial advisors, institutional investors, family offices, platforms, and strategic partners. Working closely with teams across Marketing, Business Development, Investments, and Compliance, you will translate business priorities into measurable marketing initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and event management. You are organized, proactive, commercially minded, and skilled at balancing strategy with execution. You understand how to engage professional and institutional audiences, manage projects end-to-end, and build programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. Experience with HubSpot is required, and an interest in digital assets, capital markets, and emerging investment trends will help you succeed in this role. This is an 18-month contract starting in November 2026.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?\nPartner with the business development team to:\nDevelop and execute B2B marketing programs that support lead generation, client engagement, and brand awareness among institutional and professional investor audiences.\nPlan and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, webinars and events.\nCreate and adapt marketing content, including landing pages, email copy, event materials, and LinkedIn content.\nSupport the business development team by identifying priority audiences, tailoring messaging, and coordinating targeted outreach campaigns.\nMonitor campaign performance, report on key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion, and return on marketing investment.\nCoordinate with compliance and internal stakeholders to ensure marketing materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with regulatory expectations.\nStay informed on digital asset trends, institutional investor needs, and B2B marketing best practices to strengthen campaign relevance and effectiveness.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, campaign and event management, ideally within digital assets or asset management.\nStrong understanding of lead generation, nurturing campaigns.\nStrong analytical skills and comfort using campaign data to assess performance, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.\nStrong working knowledge of HubSpot, including the ability to plan and execute email marketing campaigns, work with lists/segments and automations, create landing pages, manage marketing events/webinars etc. \nExperience with PowerPoint, Excel, AI-enabled productivity tools, and marketing analytics platforms such as HubSpot Reporting, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hotjar, etc. \nSolid understanding of LinkedIn and X as B2B marketing channels, including both organic and paid. \nExperience managing paid media campaigns via Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and X Ads would be a bonus.\nHands-on design skills in Adobe Illustrator would be a bonus.\nExcellent writing and messaging skills.\nHighly organized project manager with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and approvals.\nCross-functional collaboration skills.\nInterest in digital assets, blockchain, capital markets, and the evolving needs of institutional investors is an asset.\nWHAT DO WE OFFER?\nCompetitive compensation including discretionary bonus - the salary range for this role is $100,000-110,000 CAD\nOpportunity to work at the forefront of an innovative, fast-growing industry\nRemote-first team with a flexible work environment focused on results\nCollaborative, low-ego culture with a strong execution mindset\nAnnual company offsites to connect, collaborate, and recharge\nBirthdays off to celebrate your day your way!\nUnlimited Vacation\n3iQ is an equal opportunity employer.
