Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:\nManages end-to-end supply chain planning and product flow to meet customer and business requirements.\n\nManage materials planning and purchasing, manufacturing planning, inventory and capacity management, and supply chain optimization across manufacturing and distribution locations.\n\nAnalyses supply chain performance and develops solutions to improve customer service, inventory investment, capacity utilization and operational efficiency.\n\nSupports the implementation of planning tools and IT solutions.\n\nPartners with business unit to identify opportunities, influence supply chain strategy and deliver measurable business results.\n\nLeads planning projects, promotes supply chain best practices, and provides training and guidance in planning and optimization techniques.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute procurement and manufacturing plans based on customer demand, forecasts and capacity requirements.\n\nMonitor and optimize material flow, inventory buffers, replenishment parameters and production schedules.\n\nAnalyse short- and mid-term capacity, equipment loading and resource requirements.\n\nMonitor and report key supply chain metrics including customer service, inventory, cycle time, forecast accuracy and schedule attainment.\n\nLead supply chain analysis, including inventory/buffer management, material flow, capacity planning, distribution and information flow.\n\nConduct what-if analysis and develop short- and long-term solutions to address supply chain constraints and service issues.\n\nIdentify and support IT and planning system requirements and improvements.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Production/Operations Management, Materials Management, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.\n\n5-9 years of relevant supply chain, materials or production planning experience.\n\nAPICS certification required or to be completed within an agreed timeframe.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and resolve complex planning and supply chain issues.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of supply chain management concepts, planning and optimization.\n\nStrong communication, planning, coordination and project leadership skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at different levels.\n\nFluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.\n\nThe official job title will be ACOE Subcon Production planner\n\nWork Location: Woodlands, Singapore\nWorker type: Permanent\nLearn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.Safety is a core value at 3M.
