In this role, you will work cross functionally to deliver insightful, actionable analytics and influential reporting packages to drive change and improved financial performance.\nLead FP&A reporting and analysis for Orders, Sales, Gross Margin, OPEX, forecasts, and budgets.\nPrepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports with insights on drivers, risks, opportunities, FX, and macro trends.\nTrack key metrics such as Organic Sales Growth, EBITDA, backlog, takt time, Gross-to-Net Sales, AR, DSO, DIO, cash flow, and inventory.\nPerform variance analysis for R&D and SG&A, and develop dashboards and reports for sales, orders, and inventory performance.\nPartner with finance leaders and FP&A teams to standardize reporting, enhance analytics, and drive automation and process improvements.\n\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nMBA in Finance or a professional qualification such as CMA or CA.\nMinimum of 4-6 years of relevant FP&A work experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.\nProficient in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis tools.\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nCollaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.\nSelf-motivated and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.\n\nWork Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode\nSupporting Your Well-being\n3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
