Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:\nThe Impact You’ll Make in this Role\nAs a Business Development Manager, Flexographic Solutions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.\nHere, you will make an impact by:\nDriving growth of the Flexographic Printing Tape portfolio through direct sales coverage in Italy\nDeveloping strong relationships with end users, converters, printers, prepress houses, channel partners, and other key stakeholders in the Italian market\nLeading strategic growth business programs with assigned global OEMs and key accounts\nTranslating business unit strategy into territory and account plans, clearly articulating the flexo tapes value proposition\nPartnering with channel teams and working cross-functionally with marketing, technical service, pricing, and supply chain to accelerate growth\nMeeting or exceeding designated sales targets in Italy and supporting growth across assigned EMEA accounts\nProviding market, customer, and competitive insights to commercial and portfolio leadership\nManaging an effective opportunity pipeline and conducting regular business reviews for priority customers and opportunities\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:\nSignificant experience in B2B industrial sales\nExperience managing global/regional customers, distributors, OEMs, or key accounts\nFluent Italian with strong business English, both written and verbal\nCurrent valid driver’s license\nAdditional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExperience in Flexographic Printing, or Printing Industry experience\nExperience articulating value propositions and system-selling.\nExperience developing and managing key accounts and OEM relationships.\nExperience developing and managing a large geographic territory.\nProduct demonstration experience and commercial acumen.\nStrong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.\nEstablished network in the Italian flexographic market\nCustomer-first, outcomes-oriented, organized, and able to adhere to deadlines\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Printing Technology, Materials/Polymer Science, or related field\nJob specifics:\nLocation: Remote in Italy\nTravel: May include up to 50% domestic and international travel\nWorking pattern: Full time\nThe position is classified at level Quadro A3 under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry (Industria). \nThe gross annual remuneration envisaged for the role ranges between €90.000 and € 95.000. The determination of the final starting remuneration within this range will be agreed taking into account the Company's organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective and gender-neutral criteria, including professional qualifications, relevant work experience, skills and competencies possessed, and the level of responsibility associated with the position.
