Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:\nCountry Activation Marketer, Sumaré/SP \nCollaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world\nAs Country Activation Marketer you will play a key role for marketing in the division of Industrial Adhesives and Tapes, in Sumaré/SP. In this role you will be activate marketing plans driving share gain through demand generation and program execution, provide relevant insights and input into area and global.\nThe impact you will make in this role\nDrive local market growth by shaping marketing plans, gathering competitive and customer insights, supporting product launch readiness, and ensuring country-specific requirements are reflected in programs and portfolio decisions.\nExecute country-level demand generation through localized communications, media, social, and events to build awareness, grow audiences, and convert demand through channel partners.\nSupport go-to-market execution with channel communications, training, eCommerce readiness, syndication, and partner prioritization to strengthen sales enablement and channel performance.\nLead local promotional and product support by aligning with sales and area teams on calendars, translations, technical content, training, and local market requirements.\nDefines and coordinates execution of market/customer analysis, and reports on findings to guide business decisions. \nImplements marketing tactics around product, channel, pricing and promotions, and execute efforts identified on the marketing plan. \nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree concluded \nExperience in Marketing, strategic planning and commercial execution\nExperience in demand generation campaigns and go-to-market initiatives\nStrong analytical skills to gather market, customer, competitor, and channel insights to support business decisions\nAbility to collaborate with sales, regional teams, and channel partners to support launches, training, promotions, and sales enablement\nAdvanced English level\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExperience with eCommerce readiness, content syndication, and channel partner enablement\nKnowledge of product launch processes, localized communications, and promotional campaign execution\nHas the personality to convince and engage sales teams\nB2B experience\nIntermediate Spanish\nWork Location\nThis role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M office in Sumaré/SP. \nTravel: May include up to 35% \nSupporting Your Well-being\n3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
