Customer Project Management Supervisor
Job Description:
Lead and develop the global TS Contract and Customer Program Management (CPM) Operations teams.
Establish, monitor, and action key metrics to measure team performance and business outcomes.
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the TS government contract process and requirements
Set priorities and allocate resources to ensure effective management of bids, contracts, renewals, and customer requests.
Provide oversight for complex negotiations, contract risk management, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and internal controls.
Develop a team that supports back-office tasks for the global teams.
Partner with vertical teams to align operational priorities with business strategies.
Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree (BS)in a relevant field, or equivalent education
At least 3 years of supervisory or people-management experience
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
Experience establishing team priorities, workload management practices, and performance metrics.
Preferred:
Minimum of 2 years of contract negotiation experience
Experience leading a multi-national team and building a new team
Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, bid processes, contract negotiations, and risk management.
Proven ability to build partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and Legal functions.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance growth objectives, customer needs, and contractual risk.
