Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:\nJob Title: EMD Channel Rep\nReports to: Country Sales Leader\nCore Products: Link to the products www.3m.com/electrical\nLocation: Hanoi, Vietnam\nJob Summary\nDrive EMD Channel Partner Sales growth: Achieve an annual sales target through development and execution of strategic sales plans aligned with division priorities and providing accurate and detailed sales projections.\nCultivate and expand crucial customer relationships within 3M channel partners by forming strategic alliances and improving sell-in/sell-out success into these accounts.\nResponsible for account negotiations. Resolves issues and conflicts related to EMD Channel Partners.\nManages MDF budget and initiates and approves projects to continuously improve efficiency, return on investment.\nExecutes MDF programs in collaboration with channel partners to ensure on time program delivery.\nCross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with division resources, Marketing, FSRs, AEs, as well as cross division or business group level channel reps to implement a business model that enhances commercial results.\nPrimary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:\nAccountable for the achievement of EMD Channel Sales targets and operating within the sales and general administrative budgets.\nBuilds strong relationships with senior management of Channel Partners\nAccountable for generating the Channel Sales Forecast & Demand Plan.\nEvaluate and develop new channel partners to fill geographic and segment gaps.\nTroubleshoot and work with functional teams to resolve logistical and financial issues.\nManage Agreements, IAs, Channel Additions, Terminations and Compliance\nActively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3M’s values and ethical standards.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university\nMinimum of 5 years work experience with 2 years of experience overseeing a channel partner or key account management\nExperience working with digital marketing tactics and e-commerce\nAdvanced proficiency in working with MS Office, Salesforce\nCompetencies in using computers, MS-office especially MS -excel, and Salesforce.\nExcellent in English, including 4 skills: Reading, writing, listening and speaking.\nLearn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.Safety is a core value at 3M.
