As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Your key responsibilities would be :\nProviding engineering resources and support for manufacturing.\nResponsible for staffing, workload forecasting, and succession planning within the group.\nWork closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.\nIdentifying and addressing gaps in technical expertise.\nProviding direct supervision to assigned employees through leadership, coaching, training and development, allocating work assignments, reviewing progress in achieving employee objectives.\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field (completed and verified prior to start)\nMinimum 8 years of experience working in a technical, manufacturing, and/or engineering environment.\nMinimum 5 years of experience working with machine control system design and commissioning in relevant environment.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role for control engineers\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExperience with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens control systems and hardware, including PLCs, HMIs, drives, automation, and/or robotics.\nStrong team player with the ability to contribute effectively in a cross-functional environment.\nLocation: Bangalore (Hebbal), Hybrid Mode\nSupporting Your Well-being\n3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
