Job Description:

• Leads efforts to drive growth through customer collaboration, new application development, and new product commercialization.
• Leverages 3M to drive higher impact Customer Inspired Innovation (CII) programs through increased market specialization that complement product expertise.
• Builds compelling value propositions for effective commercialization. Provides increased coordination of field trials with lead customers or evaluating local competition and marketing practices.
• Replicates and develops high impact product/market applications with a focus on new application development and efficient replication leveraging e-tools.
• Uses expertise and credibility to shape industry standards, practices, and regulations, harnesses insights from market and customer process expertise. Delivers customer and market focused training through e-media.

Qualifications

• Have experience and technical knowledge of cable accessary.
• Have working experience background at Power Utility companies and cable manufacturers.
• 4-year University Graduates or above
