Here, you will make an impact by:\nLead logistics field operations supporting export execution across manufacturing locations and consolidation networks.\nLead Field Operations personnel, support plant export operations, and drive consistent execution of logistics processes.\nServe as a key liaison between manufacturing sites, logistics service providers, transportation partners, and corporate logistics teams to resolve operational issues and improve service performance.\nLead operational workstreams related to strategic logistics initiatives, process improvements, network optimization, and systems implementations.\nTravel up to 50% to support operational execution, site engagement, provider management, and business initiatives.\nYour Skills and Expertise \n To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, Operations Management.\nAND\nFive (5) years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operational management.\nOR\nHigh School Diploma \nAND\nEight (8) years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operational management.\nTwo (2) years of experience leading teams and managing operational performance.\nThree (3) years of experience working with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners.\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExperience supporting international transportation and export operations.\nProject management and change management experience.\nLean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification.\nExperience developing performance metrics and operational scorecards.\nExperience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.\nWork location:\n· Work On-Site at least 4 days a week in Maplewood, MN\nTravel: May include up to 50% domestic\nRelocation Assistance: May be authorized\nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).\nSupporting Your Well-being\n3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
