Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:\nThe Impact You’ll Make in this Role\nAs a Key Account Manager (m/f/*) for Priority Vertical Market of IATD (Industrial Adhesive & Tapes Division) at 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.\nHere, you will make an impact by:\nManage and develop strategic key accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives\nIdentify growth opportunities and execute account development plans\nLeading automation process of adhesives and tapes in key customers\nSupport complex projects in collaboration with technical, marketing, and operational teams\nLead annual Account Planning, including forecasting and performance tracking\nEnsure effective pipeline management through consistent CRM usage\nAnalyze sales data to drive insights and recommend actions\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or equivalent experience in business-to-end-user sales\nFrom 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B key account management\nKnowledge of industrial or technical markets\nKnowledge of industrial/chemical products, preferably adhesives and tapes\nStrong communication, negotiation, prospecting and stakeholder engagement skills\nProven ability to work cross-functionally and lead complex initiatives\nExcellent English\nKnowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)\nWillingness to travel frequently with overnight stays\nAdditional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nKnowledge in adhesives and tapes automation process application\nEAS (European Adhesive Specialist) certification\nFamiliarity with AI tools and concepts\nJob specifics:\nIdeal candidate location: Piedmont, Liguria.
