Here, you will make an impact by:\nTroubleshoot/Repair mechanical equipment and components such as: bearings, bushings, gear boxes, pump seals, clutches, brakes, drive components, valves, motors and couplings.\nTroubleshoot/Adjust mechanical equipment such as: hydraulic and pneumatic machinery and equipment, variable speed power transmission systems, conveyors, spraying systems and extruders.\nTroubleshoot control valves, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and pumps.\nWelding on structures.\nMaintaining a safe work environment and perform duties safely.\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nApplicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.\nPossess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)\nPossess a two-year technical diploma/degree or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics or Maintenance discipline from an accredited institution OR possess a minimum of three (3) years’ maintenance experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.\nMust be available to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation as business needs require.\nApplicants meeting the basic qualifications may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nFive (5) years experience of manufacturing, equipment installation and troubleshooting maintenance support.\nDocumented education, training and industrial work experience as well as experience with manufacturing equipment.\nWork Location: This role follows an on-site working model in Little Rock, AR\nTravel: N/A\nRelocation: N/A\nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).\nPay Transparency:\nThe starting rate of pay for this position is $31.42/hr - $38.37/hr.
