Here, you will make an impact by:\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, install, and correct problems or make changes in equipment per instructions (written or verbal) and/or drawings.\nLeading innovation and sustainability.\nImplementing change and continuous improvement to drive growth and increase efficiency.\nDetermining to do your best and challenge others to live and work differently.\nCreating a positive, inclusive work environment that fosters learning and development for all.\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nPossess an associate’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in a technical discipline such as, Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, Wind Energy Tech\nOR\nBe in the last six months of completing an associate’s degree (verified prior to start) in a technical discipline such as, Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, Wind Energy Tech AND one (1) year of Industrial Maintenance experience\nOR\nPossess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start) AND three (3) years of Industrial Maintenance experience\nAND\nInterested and available to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExperience in solving recurring problems through determination of root cause\nAbility to maintain neat and orderly conditions where you work and promote safe conditions.\nExperience with manufacturing and/or manufacturing technology on web processing equipment.\n\n**Qualified applicants will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.\nPay\nCompetitive Salary: The starting rate of pay for this position is $31.26 - $35.88/hour (depending on experience and qualifications) with a $0.50 shift differential for second shift and a $2.00 shift differential for third shift.
