With global locations, technologies and products, 3M is a place where you can collaborate with other curious, creative 3Mers.\nThis position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.\n3M INDIANAPOLIS is seeking a candidate for the position of Manufacturing Coordinator - Inventory.\nFull- time \nStarting Rate: $26.13 + SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL (IF APPLICABLE)\nNew hires start with 3 weeks’ paid vacation.\nHealth, vision, and dental start day one\nEmployee stock discount\n401K Match of 5%\nJob Description: \nAs An Manufacturing Coordinator - Inventory youwill have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.\nHere, you will make an impact by:\nYour Skills and Expertise\nCoordinate and conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and other inventory-related processes as required by the business.\nPerform on-site cycle counts and physical inventory counts.\nAssist with physical counts of outsourced inventories.\nExecute virtual transactions for outsourced inventories.\nPartner with site employees to ensure proper counting methods and accurate reporting practices.\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications.\nApplicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.\nRequired: (Basic Qualifications):\nHigh school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).\nSix (6) months to one (1) year of related work experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar environment in a private, government or military environment.\nMust be flexible to work schedules, shifts, overtime, and weekends as required to support business needs.\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExperience reviewing and analyzing inventory reports, including variance reports and other inventory-related documentation, with a high degree of accuracy.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Access.\nExperience using SAP to support inventory management, production, or warehouse operations.\nApplicants who meet the basic qualifications above will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.\nWork Location: 3M INDIANAPOLIS, IN\nTravel: None\nRelocation Assistance: N/A\nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).\nPay Transparency: \nThe starting rate of pay for this position is $26.13 This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
