Here, you will make an impact by:\nDefine and drive integration architecture aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.\nDesign and implement API-led connectivity architecture and MuleSoft solutions on Any point Platform.\nArchitect cloud-native integration solutions leveraging AWS services and DevOps practices.\nEnsure API security, governance, compliance, performance tuning, and operational excellence.\nProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration for enterprise integrations.\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.\n10+ years of overall IT experience, including 6-9 years of hands-on MuleSoft Any point Platform experience.\n3 to 5 years of AWS cloud services experience.\nStrong experience in API design, enterprise integration, and cloud architecture.\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nMuleSoft Certified Architect/Developer and AWS certifications.\nExperience with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Kafka, SNS/SQS.\nKnowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and observability platforms.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\nWork Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode\nSupporting Your Well-being\n3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
