In this role you will be able to define and coordinates executions of sales/customer/market analysis, and reports on findings to guide business decisions. Implement sales operations programs around reporting, analytics, territory management, initiatives, SFDC, Commercial Management, etc.\nThe impact you will make in this role\nProvide coaching on key sales concepts and monitors sales activity and provide feedback to the sales representatives.\nDevelop strong customer relationships and participate in negotiations.\nAnalyze sales results and recommend course corrections based on SFDC\nContinuously drives sales support efficiencies, process improvements, develop new skills and competencies, etc.\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:\nBachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in sales leadership roles, including talent development, performance management, and execution of commercial strategies. A minimum of 7-10 years.\nEnglish proficiency: conversational level.\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nNegotiates and counsels at an expert level with an audience which may not be knowledgeable in subject area. Demonstrates solid persuasion skills and manages differing interests and perspectives. Expert-level knowledge of sales management principles, market dynamics, and industry best practices, combined with a deep understanding of business operations and cross-functional collaboration.
