Here, you will make an impact by:\nMatch materials to orders and accurately pack finished goods in the appropriate containers to meet customer and shipping requirements.\nOperate label printers and packaging equipment to support efficient and accurate packaging operations.\nEnsure completed orders are processed and delivered to the shipping department on time to meet shipment schedules.\nMaintain inventory accuracy for materials relocated for packaging, monitor packaging supply levels, and support overall material organization.\nMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while complying with all Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements and performing other duties as assigned by leadership.\nYour Skills and Expertise:\n To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nApplicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.\nRequired:\nMust possess a High School diploma/GED, or equivalent, (completed and verified prior to start).\nOne (1) year of manufacturing, warehouse, production, or similar industrial/labor experience.\nMust be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including second and third shifts, with potential shift rotations based on operational needs.\n***Applicants meeting the basic qualification above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nPrevious manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, shipping, or production experience.\nBasic computer skills, including the ability to enter and review information in company systems.\nDemonstrated reliability through a stable work history and strong attendance record.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and follow written and verbal instructions.\nFlexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as business needs require.\nWork location: Brownwood, TX\nTravel: None\nRelocation Assistance: Not Authorized\nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).\nPay Transparency:\nThe starting rate of pay rate is $16.99 / hour.
