Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:\nPayroll Supervisor, Sumaré/SP\nCollaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world\nIn the Payroll Supervisor position, you will play a key role in managing payroll and personnel administration processes for all 3M locations in Brazil. You will be responsible for leading the Payroll team, ensuring compliance with labor and social security obligations, and making sure routines are carried out in accordance with current legislation and 3M’s internal guidelines.\nThe impact you will make in this role\nGuide the operational routine of the Payroll area, ensuring accuracy, deadlines, and compliance.\nManage the payroll operation with ADP, monitoring deliverables, service quality, and contractual compliance.\nImplement improvements and simplifications in processes while maintaining the proper execution ofroutines and controls.\nParticipate in local, regional, and/or global projects related to Payroll and Personnel Administration.\nProvide functional leadership to the payroll team, coordinate cross-functional efforts with Accounting, Tax, HR Ops, GSC, Medical Service and external auditors, and ensures compliance with SOX requirements, Collective Agreements, and local legislation.\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:\nCompleted higher education degree\nRelevant working experience in a payroll organization\nPrevious experience in payroll, including team management, employee support, inspections and audits,strong knowledge of labor legislation, and eSocial\nExperience with SOX controls and audit/compliance processes related to payroll\nSolid expertise in labor and tax legislation, social contributions, severance calculations and regulatory compliance\nAdvanced English\nProficiency in Excel\nStrong interpersonal skills\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English \nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nKnowledge of payroll accounting and accounting reconciliation concepts\nSpanish skills are desirable\nExperience with ADP\nWork location:\nThis role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M office in Sumaré/SP.\nSupporting your well-being\n3M offers many programs to help you live your best life-both physically and financially.
