Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:\nWorking Location:\nDiem Thuy Industrial Park, Phu Binh District, Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam.\nJob Responsibilities:\nMonitoring of equipment - including regular testing and ensuring maintenance tasks are carried out.\n\nOversight of processes and working to maintain optimization of the production line.\n\nAssisting Process Technicians in troubleshooting in the event of a problem.\n\nData collection, interpretation and report writing.\n\nPresentation of data and reports to senior colleagues and management.\n\nRisk assessments of the equipment and processes being used.\n\nContinual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high.\n\nDevelop new process/technology to improve yield and cost.\n\nTo be responsible for product quality.\n\nCommunication with customer for customer complain.\n\nRequired Skills/Experience/Qualification:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required (master’s preferred)\n\nEnglish communication is mandatory (writing, reading, listening, speaking).\n\n5+ years in working as process engineer or quality engineer.\n\nCritical/Logical thinking and statistical analysis skills.\n\nExcellent communication skills.\n\nCommercial awareness.\n\nExcellent computer skills.\n\nNegotiation skills.\n\nCreative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.\n\nLearn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.Safety is a core value at 3M.
