Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:\nProcurement Service Center Analyst (Peoplesoft)\nJob Summary\nThe Procurement Service Center Analyst is responsible for executing supplier commodity buying activities from requisition to payment in support of global Procurement Service Center goals. This role performs simple to moderate transactional buying tasks, ensures data accuracy, supports compliance, resolves exceptions, and contributes to process improvements within the Procurement organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute simple to moderate transactional buying activities for assigned countries, regions, or business areas.\nManage the purchase order lifecycle from requisition through completion.\nMaintain pricing and purchasing data accurately within applicable systems.\nCoordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve purchase order-related issues.\nPerform purchasing reporting activities as required.\nMeet daily productivity targets established by the Procurement Service Center Supervisor for assigned product categories or plants.\nResolve simple to moderate exceptions, including match exceptions and GR/IR issues, and respond to supplier and stakeholder inquiries.\nFollow clearly defined procedures and sourcing guidelines in accordance with Sourcing Policy.\nEnsure adherence to internal Procurement business rules and SOX controls.\nParticipate in process improvement and automation initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma projects.\nSupport Procurement Service Center initiatives and 3M-wide activities.\nWork flexible hours as needed to support global procurement requirements.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.\nTypically 1-2 years of experience in sourcing or transactional procurement activities.\nExcellent communication skills; fluency in English required.
