Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for sales performance in the assigned region/area. Ensuring area’s sales are achieving the assigned target.
• Responsible for product penetration performance in the assigned region/area. Ensuring KPIs for product penetration are achieved.
• Distributor management in the assigned region/area. Ensure all KPI’s parameters are met.

• Manpower management in the assigned region/area.

• Area Coverage: East Java + Outer Islands (Bali, Sulawesi, & Kalimantan)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive working experience in Consumer Goods sector
• Experienced in managing distributions to Consumer Retail Market (both Modern & Traditional channel)
• Good proficiency in English is a plus
