Through hands-on development and configuration, you will drive reliable integrations, scalable payroll interfaces, and insightful reporting that directly enable business efficiency and decision-making.\nYou will collaborate closely with a Senior Workday Architect to implement approved designs and standards, ensuring high-quality tenant-level configurations that are secure, optimized, and future-ready. Your expertise will help improve system stability, streamline operational delivery, and enhance the overall employee experience across Workday.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, build, test, and support Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and REST/SOAP interfaces.\n\nDevelop and support payroll and downstream interfaces, including PECI, PICOF, and other payroll-related extracts.\n\nBuild and maintain custom Workday reports and calculated fields to support business and integration needs.\n\nSupport Workday Prism Analytics datasets and reporting where required for cross-system or historical analytics.\n\nDevelop and maintain Workday Extend applications when native Workday functionality does not meet business requirements.\n\nConfigure and support Workday business processes and security related to integrations and reporting.\n\nPartner with the Senior Workday Architect to implement approved technical designs and ensure solutions align with platform standards.\n\nProvide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and release-related regression support.\n\nYour Skills and Expertise\nBachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).\n\nOverall 8+ years of experience, with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience in an enterprise environment.\n\nStrong experience with Workday integrations, including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP, and XSLT.\n\nProven experience supporting payroll interfaces (e.g., PECI, PICOF, payroll output files).\n\nAdvanced experience developing custom Workday reports and calculated fields.\n\nExperience supporting production Workday tenants and recurring Workday releases.\n\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExperience with Workday Prism Analytics.\n\nExperience developing Workday Extend applications and orchestrations.\n\nWorkday Integration or Extend certification.\n\nFamiliarity with global HR, payroll, or finance system integrations.\n\nLocation: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)\nSupporting Your Well-being\n3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
