Here, you will make an impact by:\nLeading global treasury operations including cash management, liquidity monitoring, cash forecasting, in-house banking and treasury governance.\nManaging and developing a team of treasury professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nEnsuring Treasury SOX compliance, maintaining a strong control environment, and partnering with internal and external auditors.\nDriving treasury transformation initiatives through automation, digitalization, process standardization, and optimization of Treasury Management Systems.\nBuilding strong relationships with banking partners and key stakeholders while supporting strategic treasury projects and global banking initiatives.\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nProfessional qualifications such as CA or equivalent.\nMinimum Ten (10) years of progressive experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Banking, Corporate Treasury, or Finance in a private, public, government, or military environment\nMinimum Five (5) years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing teams\nExperience working with treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, and financial controls\nExperience working in multinational organizations or global business environments\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExperience with Treasury Management Systems, preferably Kyriba\nStrong knowledge of Treasury & Risk Management, Cash & Liquidity Management, In-House Banking, FX Operations, and Bank Connectivity\nStrong understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements\nExperience leading treasury transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives\nStrong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills\nWork Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode\nSupporting Your Well-being\n3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
