Behind every school using them is a team making sure teachers feel confident and supported to get the most from our products.\nAs our Customer Success Partner, you’ll help New Zealand schools achieve real value from Mathletics and Mathseeds. You’ll play a central part in our Ministry of Education tender, lead the school rollouts that come with it, and deliver ongoing professional development sessions that build teacher confidence and capability.\nThis is a part-time, remote role based in New Zealand, with the potential for regional travel across New Zealand. You’ll be working 3 days per week, with working hours aligned to New Zealand business hours. Reporting to the Sales Manager, Growth, you’ll work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams, the APAC Customer Success and Customer Support teams, and our Technical Support and Product teams.\nWhat you will do:\nSupport our Ministry of Education tender, working with Sales and Account Management to meet tender requirements and deliver a strong customer experience.\nPlan and deliver structured rollouts and onboarding for schools under the Ministry of Education tender, through training sessions, webinars and self-service resources tailored to each school.\nPlan, deliver and continually improve ongoing professional development sessions for teachers and school leaders, primarily on Mathletics and also Mathseeds.\nBuild and maintain professional development content and resources and use participant feedback to improve future sessions.\nDevelop school success plans with clear adoption milestones and usage targets aligned to curriculum needs and review them regularly.\nMonitor usage and engagement data to identify adoption gaps and schools at risk of not realising full value and run targeted interventions.\nBuild genuine, trusted relationships with school leaders, teachers and administrators, and support Sales with timely customer insights and renewals by demonstrating ongoing value.\nWork with Customer Support Specialists and Technical Support to resolve school issues and share feedback from teachers with our Product team so that development reflects real classroom needs.\nKeep accurate records of school interactions, engagement and outcomes.\nWhat you’ll bring:\nA background in education, such as classroom teaching, school leadership or curriculum experience, and a strong understanding of the New Zealand education context, including the New Zealand curriculum.\nExperience delivering training, mentoring other teachers, professional learning or workshops to adults.\nDemonstrated success managing school relationships and driving product adoption in educational settings.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting and facilitating training.\nThe ability to interpret usage data and feedback to inform how you engage with schools.\nProficiency with cloud-based tools and a CRM.\nA customer outcome focus and a consultative, relationship-first approach.\nStrong organisation and prioritisation skills to manage your time across a three-day week, and the self-motivation to work independently in a remote role.\nThe right to work in New Zealand, and a reliable home internet connection and workspace.\nPrevious experience with Mathletics or Mathseeds, or experience training adults on a product, is an asset.\nWhy you’ll love working at 3P Learning:\nAt 3P Learning, you’ll be part of a dynamic ASX-listed company with global reach, but still your ideas will be heard, your contributions visible, and your impact real.\nThis is an opportunity to use your education background in a part-time, fully remote role, supporting New Zealand schools through a Ministry of Education tender and designing professional development that teachers value, as part of a collaborative APAC and global team.\nYou’ll also enjoy 3 extra “purpose days” of paid leave each year to dedicate to what matters most to you, whether that’s volunteering, personal projects, or simply recharging. 3P-ers also enjoy complimentary access to all our learning products.\nYou’ll make a meaningful difference to the educational technology industry, helping to deliver world-class products that teachers and students love, in a dedicated, collaborative and supportive environment where everyone shares a common mission.\nReady to apply?\nWe’d love to hear from you.
