interactions; exhibits leadership qualities by guiding and mentoring junior team members.\n\nAnalytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within an agile context, paired with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities that simplify complex information for diverse audiences.\n\nTooling: Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).\n\nStakeholder & Conflict Management: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders, build strong collaborative relationships, and skillfully
