Join us and spearhead the charge toward a product future that transcends the ordinary.\nYou will be focused on eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring that development teams have clear, testable, and well-prioritized specifications to deliver against.\nKey Responsibilities\nFacilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status, requirements clarity, and delivery recommendations.\n\nElicit, document, and manage business requirements from product owners and stakeholders.\n\nTranslate requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in Jira/Confluence.\n\nFacilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder review sessions in collaboration with engineering and QA.\n\nConduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify process improvements on the BX platform.\n\nSupport UAT (user acceptance testing) planning, test script preparation, and stakeholder sign-off.\n\nProduce clear documentation including BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, and use case diagrams.\n\nEngage in agile software development including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and governance activities.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nExperience/expertise in the following areas specified below:\n\nElicit and document requirements from business and technical stakeholders in a software product environment\n\nAuthor user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and process documentation to a high standard\n\nFacilitate agile ceremonies and manage backlog priorities in Jira and Confluence\n\nSupport UAT planning and execution, serving as a liaison between business and QA teams\n\nMust-Have Skills & Tools:\nMethodologies: Agile/Scrum\n\nTools: Jira, Confluence, Slack/Teams\n\nDeliverables: User stories, BRDs, process flow diagrams, data dictionaries, use cases\n\nGood to Have Skills:\nExperience in clinical trials, healthcare IT, or regulated software environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)\n\n3+ years of business analysis experience in a software product or professional services environment.\n\nProven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.\n\nStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.\n\nEnglish proficiency.\n\nAdditional Experience Desired\nCBAP or equivalent business analysis certification.\n\nFamiliarity with API concepts and ability to review technical specifications.\n\nExperience in a multi-vendor delivery model.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.\n\nWhat is it like working for 3Pillar Global?\nAt 3Pillar, we offer a world of opportunity:\nImagine a flexible work environment- whether it’s the office, your home, or a blend of both.
