We are building the future of enterprise AI.\nResponsibilities:\nCraft software code that is not just efficient, but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.\nApply object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.\nActively contribute to agile project teams during scrums, sprint planning, and code reviews.\nParticipate in requirements analysis sessions, technical design, implementation, testing, problem analysis and resolution, and technical documentation.\nWrite automated unit tests.\nResponsible for integration testing (both manual and automated)\nArticulate technical issues to peers, architects and project managers while recommending creative solutions.\nEnsure application quality and guard against regressions by maintaining test suites covering the breadth of system features.\nClient-facing experience and strong communication skills.\nActively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools.\nPromote client success across the team by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points, anticipate potential problems, and iterate on solutions that drive client success.\nActively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams, and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.\nIndependently drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with a thorough understanding of CS fundamentals and theory relevant to application development.\nA minimum of 8+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below*:\nSolid software development experience using Java.\nExperience building applications using Spring, SpringBoot and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA)\nExperience building applications with Angular 2+.\nExperience building REST Web Services.\nFront-end technologies: Angular 2+, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.\nExperience writing SQL Queries & knowledge of Joins, Views, Group By, Having Clause etc.\nFamiliar with version control systems, preferably GIT.\nExperience in Agile software development methodologies.\nExpertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).\nExperience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.\nExperience implementing Unit, Integration and End-to-End Testing.\nClient-facing experience and strong communication skills.\nAdditional Experience Desired:\nStruts, Backbone, Marionette\nArchitectural (Microservices, Serverless etc) and Design (Factory, Singleton, Observer etc) Patterns\nWorking with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)\nContainers using Docker/Kubernetes\n3Pillar Global Benefits\nWhat is it like working for 3Pillar Global?\nAt 3Pillar, we offer a world of opportunity:\nImagine a flexible work environment - whether it's the office, your home, or a blend of both.
