If your passion for programming fuels your drive to make a real-world impact, consider this your pass to the captivating world of Product Development!\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Craft client code that is not just efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality. \n Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools. \n Gather requirements, validate their understanding amongst the team, and create and maintain relevant documentation. \n Execute activities within the current methodology and uphold the highest quality standards. \n Foster collaboration with fellow engineers, designers, and managers to comprehend user pain points and iterate on solutions that drive client success. \n Take ownership of projects, from technical design to a successful launch. \n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n Demonstrated expertise with at least 5+ years of experience in one specified technology. \n Backend C# & ASP.NET (.NET 6 and webforms) \n Several COM+ components (hard to debug, deploy, update) \n Database SQL Server (with .NET CLR and +Crystal Reports) \n Frontend Angular 16, Typescript \n Frontend Libraries (Bootstrap 5) \n Architecture: Microservices oriented monorepo \n AIRE or Agentic SDLC development experience and AI Tools (such as Claude, Copilot, or similar) \n Experience in engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity. \n Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies. \n Proficiency with relational databases and SQL. \n Experience in building frontend/backend applications at scale. \n Proficiency in the English language. \n\nAdditional Experience Desired\n\n Knowledge of source control tools. \n Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). \n Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (inheritance, polymorphism, classes, instances, properties). \n Knowledge of protocols like HTTP, and serialization formats like JSON and XML. \n Knowledge of document databases. \n Experience with Unit testing. \n\nWhat is it like working for 3Pillar Global\n\nAt 3Pillar, We Offer a World Of Opportunity\n\n Imagine a flexible work environment – whether it's the office, your home, or a blend of both.
